The view is of the magical island where you can experience life changing, heart healing, soul satisfying changes. On my courses too you will get in touch with all of the elements.
WATER is essential to human life, it heals and maintains our health. We have often an intuitive and almost intimate relationship with water, from the ancient primitive healing cults right up to scientific studies. During meditational sessions, you will visit a magical lagoon. You will connect to the vibrations of water, the memory of water. Gaia, the earth, was created from it and seventy per cent of our planet is covered by water. We were born from it, and all of life depends on it. Whether we softly step into a shallow lagoon, feels the sea lap onto our toes, move sand beneath our feet, the deep inner connection is there, the essence of life.

It is a colourless liquid, but it enables us to see rainbow colours. It has no form, yet it gives form to everything, even the shape of the shore, rocks, cliffs. It is at the beginning and end of every cycle of life and history.

Every drop is a microcosm of the universe, carrying information from ancient eras and from worlds that we perhaps cannot yet understand. Liquid, solid and a vapour of mist, it is everywhere and in everything, in us. Our very individual brain is 75 per cent water.

You are invited to experience water as never before, whether you simply dip your toes in, or immerse your whole body, is up to you. Within therapy gentle lapping will communicate new thoughts, ideas, feelings onto the shores of your mind.

The ancient Greeks revered water as the medium and possibility for all elemental change, the highest of the four elements from which the world was made. We are just learning to re acknowledge the importance of electricity and magnetism for health, something that earlier systems of knowledge just knew.

During your time spent with me on the island courses, you will find your connection to your own individual element, whether it be water, fire, earth or air.

WATER FACTS FOR HEALTH
If we don't drink enough water we do dehydrate. We should drink approx two litres/3.5 pints of pure filtered water per day. Did you know that if you are doubtful of the quality of your tap water, and have no filtration system, you can add a teaspoon of vitamin C powder per litre of water. This will help ensure the water maintains an appropriate level of acidity and make it easier for your body to assimilate.
AND
Try this simple experiment suggested by Joseph Bender, a water researcher in Texas. Take some distilled water and pour equal amounts into five glasses. Then hold one of the glasses in your hands and project loving and healing thoughts into the water, before asking a sample group to taste the water.
In Bender's own experiment, repeated many times, 6 out of 10 adults correctly identified the water that had been subtly changed through positive thought, and 9 out of 10 children said which was best.
WATER can exchange energies that science does not yet comprehend nor have the equipment to even measure.
