YOUR OWN GUARDIAN ANGEL

When you incarnated into this world, a guardian Angel was assigned to you to give you support and love on your journey. This special angel is charged with helping you to identify appropriate goals and to grow and mature in wisdom, and to find inner peace. I can work with you to connect with your special Angel both in dream work and meditation. Everything in the universe has a guardian Angel to aid finding true purpose. INVOKING ANGELS FROM YOUR HEART
Depending on your situation at any time, you will be guided towards Gold or Silver guardians. If you wish to invite them into your life, you can do so in a special way in order to be able to feel their energy rays of pure, unconditional love. This may take practice, as you are developing, be patient, it will happen. Every time you do this with a loving heart, your own energy vibrations will rise as you grow closer to the Angels. As you grow closer to them you will feel their energy rays, composed of white light and love. All you need is an honest open heart and loving intent.

HOW TO INVOKE YOUR ANGEL

It may help you to close your eyes to monitor the response from your Angel. This also allows you to feel, sense, rather than see at this stage. You may feel tingling energy, a warmth or a cool breeze on the palms or fingers, or a gentle touch on the skin of your face, a warmth around your heart. Each Angel will give you a different response, like a soul print. You will get to them, and you too can then send love and light to them in return. Once you know your Angels and their roles, you will be able to invoke them more specifically for help. Remember with Angels around you are never alone.

GROUNDING AND BALANCING WITH THE CADUCEUS
The caduceus is an ancient symbol of grounding, balance and healing. The rod itself signifies wisdom of earth, the grounding of the physical self., joining with the wisdom of air, the third eye and spiritual connection, it also represents the human spine. Though it is usually shown in the hand of Raphael/patron angel of healing and sun. the two gold and silver snakes of wisdom represent the balance of both solar/Raphael and lunar/Gabriel energy. The points where the snakes cross the rod/or spine represent the chakra energy centres of your body from base to third eye, and so aid balance. To ground daily, make a pyramid shape above your head with your arms, joining your two palms, pointing upwards, enjoy.

A SIMPLE GOLD OR SILVER MEDITATION

Take some slow deep breaths in and out, focus on your inner self. As you breathe inwards, if you wish, you can say the words. 'I breathe in pure positive energy.' and as you breathe outwards you could say 'I breathe out all negative emotions.'
Feel yourself relaxing and going deeper into your inner self. Let external sounds become part of the backgroundm and maintain your focus within.
Imagine a column or meridian line within your body, extending in a vertical line downwards, it goes down through the chakra points, from the crown of your head down to the base of your spine, which is the root of your being. Visualise your angel's gold or silver light pouring into your crown, and feel this wonderful energy flowing down the meridian line and completely filling the column within your body. When the meridian is filled, the gold or silver rays will radiate outwards into the rest of your body. Send the energy to empower your will, and to fill your soul and spirit.
